Rev. Donna Minarik is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church with over 20 years of experience leading congregations. However, each and every day in ministry is a fresh new gift that holds many surprises, with God at the center of them all! She invites you to be our guest at worship at 9:30am each Sunday, and meet the wonderful people here at Mason First UMC, and explore for yourself the surprises that faith can bring.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Dominican University, as well as a Master of Divinity degree from Methodist Theological School in Ohio. She is married to Rev. Carman Minarik, also a pastor, and their son Warren and his wife Emily bring joy to their lives, as well as an adorable grandson, Wyatt. They also have a six pound mutt named Leah who persistently reminds them to play every day.
In her spare time, Donna enjoys traveling and learning about various cultures and customs, cooking – especially experimenting with foods from cultures that are not her own, reading historical fiction, and, to stay connected to her farming roots, she can’t resist poking around in the dirt.
