Rev. Suzanne Goodwin grew up on the west side of the state, in Saugatuck, then graduated with a degree in Marketing from MSU. After 15 years in the business world, she felt a call to ordained ministry. She attended seminary at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and was commissioned in 2007, and was fully ordained in 2011. She has served churches in Lebanon, TN, and, since 2005, at Farmington Hills, Orchard UMC. She has been a Music Minister, a Youth Pastor, and for the past eight years, an Associate Pastor.
Suzanne is married to Jim, who is retired from Nissan North America. They have three grown sons – Sean, John and Cody. They enjoy biking, golfing and enjoying the warmth of community.
